2025-2026 School Year Program Application for Service

*This is an application for service ONLY and not an enrollment for service. Application approval is required to begin attending any Extended Day program. If your application is not approved, your children will be automatically added to the waitlist. 

All outstanding balances must be paid in full to be approved for service. 

 ALL families must complete a new application regardless of past use. This includes all families that were part of any subsidy program such as Catalyst Community or The Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP)

GENERAL APPLICATION OPENS: Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

GENERAL APPLICATION CLOSES: Friday, July 18, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

Approval for service and waitlist emails start going out:

 Tuesday, July 22, 2025 

Non-Refundable Application Fee: $30.00 - 1st child / $20.00 - each additional child will be billed to the account upon approval and due by the 10th of August 2025. Please note: payment is due AFTER approval and cannot be made in advance.

Charter Extended Day applications will be available in May 2026.

Returning families must apply annually, apply through your account on family.daycareworks.com.

New families must apply on the EDCOE website at eday.edcoe.org.
